Background searches on Witnesses

It is of paramount importance to ensure that the integrity of the witnesses which will be supporting the case that we are building is credible.

We perform thorough background searches on witnesses on both the sides of the case. These checks to shed light on details in relation to the wittiness’s employment, education, criminal records, credit history, motor vehicle, and license record checks

The results from these witness background searches can be used to decide whether the witnesses initially selected to support the case are of value or if they should be replaced. We can also use this information to plan the defence of the witnesses we have selected, should a questionable point be raised in court.

Information gathered on the opposing witnesses can be used as leverage when planning the actions we will take in court.
